We do our best to ensure that learning a foreign language in our school does not only mean fulfilling our duty to conduct a given number of classes for a given amount of money. Our aim is to provide our students with as much practical information and knowledge as possible so that they return with pleasure to our school for the next semester or another course. Therefore, we focus on monitoring the course of the learning process and the assessment which provide both the student and the teacher with important feedback and advice. Our evaluation system consists of the following elements:
regular unit tests, midsemester tests and end-of-semester tests;
semester evaluation sheet which assesses the student's progress in the area of the language skills;
consultation with the teacher;
certificate issued at the end of the school year (June);
questionnaires for students that evaluate the school and the teachers. |
